CRB Announces Promotion

CRB is very pleased to announce the promotion of Ms Elizabeth McGowan. She is being promoted to Senior Associate in June 2021.  

Elizabeth advises in all aspects of family law matters including divorce and separation, child custody, wardship and financial applications. The majority of Elizabeth's cases have a multi-jurisdictional element and she has experience in Court of Protection work and litigation involving trust structures. Elizabeth trained in a boutique family law firm in London, qualifying as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2012. Elizabeth cross qualified into Hong Kong in February 2017 and the following year she took leave to start her young family before joining CRB in 2019.

Elizabeth attained her LLB Law degree at the University of Nottingham and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury with Distinction. Elizabeth is a member of the Family Law Association and STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and is currently undertaking a STEP Diploma in International Trust Management.
