Jennifer White
Jennifer trained and qualified as a barrister in Ireland in 2010, where she spent seven years building up a successful general practice with a focus on family and child care law. During that time, Jennifer advised on all matters of family law including divorce and separation, financial applications and custody and access cases for children. She has a specific interest in the best interests of children in the context of family law disputes, the rights of families outside marriage, and child relocation cases. Throughout her career in Ireland, Jennifer was involved in many high profile and ground-breaking cases where she was highly regarded for her advocacy skills and her collegiate and collaborative approach when dealing with opposing counsel.
Jennifer also has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional disputes and cross border litigation with an emphasis on disputes involving trusts and other complex structures.
Jennifer was admitted to the bar of England & Wales in 2019.
Jennifer relocated to Hong Kong in 2017 to practice as an offshore litigation lawyer, specializing in high value, cross-border disputes including complex fraud and asset tracing claims. In 2022, she joined CRB as a Registered Foreign Lawyer, returning to her roots to practice family law again.
