CRB Contributes to EOC Report

CRB was pleased to support the EOC in the publication of its new report, The Recognition and Treatment of Relationships under Hong Kong law which was released by Allen & Overy on 26 June. The report identifies 21 areas across Hong Kong legislation and government policy of widespread – yet inconsistently applied – instances of differential treatment according to relationship status.
