CRB Contributes to The Baseline Study on the Implementation of UNCRC Article 12 in Hong Kong

CRB is pleased to have participated in the Baseline study by Hong Kong Committee on Children’s Rights on the implementation of Article 12 of the United Nations Conventions on Rights of a Child in HK. The study looked into the article’s implementation in Hong Kong’s laws, mechanisms and practices in settings such as general policy making, legal, alternative care, education, health, leisure and culture and others that are closely related to children.
