CRB Partner Winnie Chow spoke on “Issues to consider in International Family Cases”

CRB is pleased to have participated in an online seminar organised by the Legal Education Fund Limited (“the Fund”) on 28 June 2021.  The Fund invited Ms. Winnie Chow and Ms. Corinne Remedios to share insights on the growing demand for cross-border legal services at the event and the various issues which may arise in such cases.

Topics covered include jurisdiction dispute, points to consider for children matters, such as habitual residence, relocation and enforcement, as well as financial issues and dispute resolution processes. The event also provided an update on the Mainland Judgement in Matrimonial and Family Cases (Reciprocal Recognition and Enforcement) Bill.
