Collaborative Practice process for Family Offices

CRB is pleased to expand its assistance in dispute resolution processes in Hong Kong to include Collaborative Practice in the arena of Family Offices, Wills and estate.

Our partner, Winnie Chow, has just completed the inaugural Family Office Mediation and Collaborative Practice training organised by Cooley Family Office together with AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre.  Winnie is part of the pioneer group of Hong Kong practitioners trained in this area.

This is another proud commitment of CRB to the promotion and development of the use of appropriate out of court dispute resolution processes in Hong Kong.
