MPFA talk on October 2024

We are proud to share that our team recently had the opportunity to present a talk on Family Law in Hong Kong to the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority.

A wide range of topics was covered, including jurisdiction and forum, grounds for divorce, issues related to children, finances, dispute resolution options for family law cases, Prenuptial Agreements and impact of divorce on testamentary gifts in Hong Kong. It was an excellent platform to discuss the intersection of family law, resolving conflict in family disputes and financial planning, emphasizing the importance of understanding legal rights and obligations in this area.
