CRB’s Sponsorship of the Modern Families Conference 2024

CRB is proud to have sponsored the Modern Families Conference 2024 (Hong Kong) organised by the Hong Kong Family Law Association which took place on 6 – 7 September 2024.

Over the course of the two-day event, a range of local and international Judges, practitioners, mental health professionals, and NGOs engaged in insightful discussions related to modern families issues that are pertinent to Hong Kong. The delegates explored topics covering blended families, LGBTQ matters, estate planning, surrogacy, and “uncoupling”. Speakers looked to approaches used in foreign jurisdictions and to recent developments in the law worldwide to encourage discussion on ways in which families can be supported through these challenges.

CRB continues to support collaboration with professionals from different disciplines locally and internationally, to seek creative yet practical solutions, and to provide holistic assistance to families amidst evolving trends in Hong Kong.
